I cannot believe we’re here, but my oldest is going to college in less than 2 weeks, so needless to say we have been prepping all summer and getting her ready.
All last year she talked about me putting together a kit with all her favorite wellness tools so she could take them to college and stay healthy, so this summer I started gathering everything up!
I thought I’d share what we included in case it is helpful to another mom out there! These are all things in our “mostly natural, a-little-not” kit that she requested, based on what she uses at home and what she knows works for her. She knows how to use all of this and when to take/use all the things :)
- Tea Tree – one of her favorites for keeping her skin clear
- Lavender – too many uses to name 😂
- Bergamot – she loves this for helping her not feel anxious
- DiGize – allll the digestive things
- Peppermint – same as above
- Pine + Fennel – helps calm down heavy periods
- AllergyCalm – homeopathy for histamine symptoms that can happen around cycles
- CycleEase – for occasional cramps
- NutriBiotic Throat Spray – pre-made spray SO helpful for sore throats, made with grapefruit seed extract (GSE)
- Dessicated Liver – Recommended by her doctor – helps even out cycles
- Active B-Complex – helps when she is low on energy
- Probiotics – she doesn’t take these regularly, but they really help if she is feeling off
- K2 + D3 – mostly takes these in the winter
- Chewable enzymes – for digestive support after a large meal
- Congaplex – awesome immune support at the first sign of anything
- Wellguard – Homeopathy at the first sign of anything
- Not pictured because they are on their way… NingXia packets! I buy bottles for the house, but I bought her the packets for school. Overall health and immune support.
- Also not pictured… Thieves Cough Drops. These are AWESOME for sore throats and coughs.
- Bandaids, Neosporin, and Ibuprofen – so she is prepared for whatever happens!

We put it all in a little bin with a lid so she can tuck it away when she’s not using it. Hopefully this gives you some ideas for your own college wellness kit!
