I love this combo of Stress Away and Lavender essential oils for helping to relax before bed, so I can get a good night’s sleep. My favorite way to use these oils to relax is to put a drop of each oil on my wrists and behind my ears (I know it sounds weird, but the oils can get into your body quickly that way!).
Other ways to use this combo… they can be diluted and put into a roll-on bottle for easy application, they can be used on the bottoms of the feet, or they can even be made into a pillow spray! Of course, you can always put them into your diffuser about 30 minutes before bed. The bonus is that your room will smell lovely as you sneak off into dreamland!
