Easily Tolerated By Everyone At the Office

One of the best ways to begin enjoying your Young Living essential oils is to diffuse them!  I love the Premium Starter Kit because it comes with a diffuser!  Many people are excited to start enjoying their oils this way, and often even bring their diffusers to work… but it’s important to remember that oils can be very strong, especially for those who have never smelled or used them before.  These 4 oils – Orange, Citrus Fresh, Lemon, and Peppermint – are typically easily tolerated by most people.  As such, these are great choices to bring to work and diffuse in the office.   They are all very refreshing scents, and your office mates will probably begin to love them as much as you do.  :)

For People Who Get Hot | Essential Oil Uses

Young Living’s Peppermint essential oil provides a refreshing, cooling sensation on the skin when used topically.  Need to cool down?!  Try 1-3 drops on the back of the neck (this can also be diluted).  After a couple of minutes, you will feel the cooling sensation!  Alternately, you can make a cooling spray by filling a small metal spray bottle (2 oz) with water and several drops of peppermint.  Adding about 1 tbsp of witch hazel will help keep the oil dispersed in the water.  Just shake before using and enjoy!

PS – Peppermint essential oil is part of Young Living’s Premium Starter Kit!

Post-Workout | Essential Oil Recipe

PanAway and Peppermint essential oils are fantastic to use after working out!  Each provides a cool, tingling sensation on the skin which feels great after exercise.  Combine them together or use them on their own!  Be sure to dilute since these oils can be hot on the skin.  I like to mix a drop of each with a few drops of carrier in the palm of my hand, and then I apply it over my muscles.  You can also make a roll-on… combine 10-20 drops of each in a 10ml roll-on bottle, and fill the rest with carrier!  Enjoy the refreshing sensation!  :)

PS – Both Peppermint and PanAway are part of Young Living’s Premium Starter Kit!!

Study Time! | Essential Oil Recipe

Study Time

Study time! Orange and Peppermint essential oils can help promote focus, so this blend of Young Living oils works great when you (or your kiddos!) are studying.

Try one of these options:

  • Diffuse 4 drops each of Orange and Peppermint
  • Put a drop of each in a diffuser pendant necklace
  • Make a roll-on: Put 5-10 drops each Orange and Peppermint in a 10ml roll-on bottle, and fill the rest with carrier.

Enjoy!!
