Essential Oils 101 Class

Welcome to My Online Essential Oils 101 Class!!

Ideally this would be a live presentation where you could see and smell the oils… but in this virtual world we live in, it’s just not always possible!  Here is a recorded version of a class, so just pretend we are sitting across from one another. :) You can begin learning about essential oils, what they are, why they work, how to use them, and different ways they can help… I hope this video class is helpful!  Grab a pen and some paper, and enjoy!!

If you are interested in purchasing the Premium Starter Kit shown in the video, please get with the person who showed you this video!  Otherwise, I’d love if you’d want to enroll here with me. If you end up enrolling with me, I will personally send you a gift in the mail!

Peace and Calming – The Off Switch for a Racing Mind

There are many nights that my mind just races as I’m trying to go to sleep.  I have the previous day’s events running through my head, and my next day’s to-do list is usually running through my mind.  Try as I might, sometimes I just can’t stop my mind from racing when I’m trying to get to sleep!

That is… until I started using Peace and Calming oil at night!!  The first night I tried it, I’ll admit I was skeptical.  I first tried to apply it topically.  I felt a definite shift in my thoughts, and I felt much calmer.  A lot of people have great results with topical application.  But for me, after about 5 minutes or so, the effect wore off.

So next I poured a drop into my hand and rubbed my palms together.  I cupped my hands over my nose and mouth and inhaled deeply 5-6 times.  Then when I laid down, I tried to keep my hands on my pillow, up by my face, while I was falling asleep.  Again, the super-calm feeling returned!

This is going to sound weird, but it’s as if I could normally see my brain waves moving up and down over and over and OVER.  But when smelling the Peace and Calming, my brain waves seemed to drop to a flat line!

So I moved my hands away so I wasn’t smelling the oil, and again my mind started racing.  But moving them back up by my face so I could inhale the oil, my mind instantly shut down.  It is by far one of the craziest sensations I have experienced with the oils!

Peace and Calming Racing Mind

Now I sleep with my bottle of Peace and Calming on my nightstand.  :)  If I know I have a lot on my mind and may have trouble falling asleep, I drop the oil into my palm and fall asleep with my hands up on my pillow.  Or if I wake up in the middle of the night with my mind in overdrive, I just grab my bottle of oil, pour a drop into my hands, and inhale.

Peace and Calming is definitely one of my favorite oils!
