Essential Oils For People Who Cook

Young Living’s Herb and Spice Vitality lines are great additions to your kitchen!  These essential oils include Oregano, Thyme, Basil, Rosemary, Peppermint, Spearmint, Celery Seed, Dill, Carrot Seed, Lemongrass, Ginger, Cinnamon Bark, Clove, Black Pepper, and Lavender Vitality oils.  Pop some popcorn in some coconut oil on the stove, and add sea salt and a drop of Dill Vitality; For recipes that call for rosemary, thyme, oregano, or basil, dip the end of a toothpick into the corresponding Vitality oil and then into your recipe; the possibilities are endless!
