How I Take Young Living's Mineral Essence Supplement

Because I post pictures of Mineral Essence in my ‘Monthly Wellness Box’ posts, I get a lot of questions about about how to take Young Living’s Mineral Essence Supplement.  I primarily take it because I was looking for a magnesium supplement, there were some things going in my body, and I realized I was low in Magnesium.

Here is how I do it! I simply put 5 half-droppers into about a 1/2 inch of juice, then I shoot it and chase it with water.  :)  I recorded a quick video as well.  It does taste gross, but it has been amazing for my health.

Well hello again!  Today I’m really excited to share with you the new products Young Living released this year at the 2016 Convention.  I’m VERY excited about some of these new products, specifically the Thieves Cough Drops and Cool Azul Pain Relief Cream!

Thieves Cough Drops and Cool Azul Pain Relief Cream

Wait… did I just say ‘cough’ and ‘pain’?  You bet!!!!  The fact that we now have these two products makes Young Living the only essential oil company on the market that currently has OTC drugs in our product line!!

Thieves Cough Drops can relieve coughs, soothe sore throats, and cool nasal passages.  These cough drops are free from processed sugar, dyes, artificial flavors, and preservatives.  They contain Young Living’s therapeutic-grade essential oils, so they taste great and effectively relieve sore throats and coughs!

Cool Azul Pain Relief Cream provides cooling relief from minor muscle and joint aches, arthritis, strains, bruises, and sprains.  The methyl salicylate found in Wintergreen helps alleviate pain deep in the muscles and joints, and natural menthol found in Peppermint provides a cooling effect.  If you need relief without synthetic ingredients, Young Living’s Cool Azul Pain Relief Cream is the answer!

Diffuser Options for the Premium Starter Kit

With Young Living’s new Premium Starter Kit, you can now choose which diffuser you’d like!  But the obvious question is, “What is the difference between the diffusers?!”

The chart above shows you the differences in terms of their looks, the area they can cover (average bedroom vs. medium room), max run time, dimensions, weight, output, noise levels, and additional features.  Do note that they all have lights that can be turned on or off.  (I love that the lights turn off so they can be used in bedrooms at night!)

Something else to note is the type of water they take.  The Aria Diffuser takes distilled or filtered water.  The Dewdrop Diffuser, Home Diffuser, and Rainstone Diffuser take tap water.  This is something to consider if you don’t normally keep distilled water in your home!

My personal favorite is the Dewdrop diffuser, which is great because it is the lowest-cost option of the bunch.  The price of the Premium Starter Kit is determined by the diffuser you choose.
